Moscow apartments of Vladimir Solovyov
Down the street Dolgoprudnaya, d. 6 Vladimir Solovyov has 3 apartments. The first, four-room apartment with an area of 160 m2 he bought it back in 2004. In those years, luxurious designs were not yet so popular, so the renovation was made completely ordinary. They laid a polished board on the floor, the walls were painted in gentle pastel colors. The family quickly moved to a new place of residence, since before that they huddled in a small apartment on the outskirts.

The popular observer liked the layout, location and area so much that at the first opportunity he bought two more two-story apartments on the 12th and 13th floors. The total area of the new real estate was 286.3 m2.

TV presenter's italian estate
Vladimir Solovyov, on duty, often comes to Italy, this became the reason for buying a home in a sunny country. The TV presenter was offered an excellent option - a villa in the Pianello del Lario region, the cost of which was significantly lower than luxury premium mansions on the famous Rublevka.


The main mansion was painted white and covered with a tiled roof. Built on the territory several gazeboswhere you can hide from the hot heat. The family tries to spend the whole summer here, it is much cheaper than renting a villa for the season.

Small house in the suburbs of the capital
Vladimir Solovyov acquired two summer cottages in the Michurinets cooperative at the end of the last century. They are located not far from the famous writers' village Peredelkino. In a short time, two two-storey houses have grown on the territory: one for spouses, the other for children.

A cozy seating area was arranged on the veranda, where the whole family still loves to get together. Nearby, a real stove was laid out of stone and a brazier was placed. The pergola, entwined with maiden grapes, closes the summer heat.

Cozy living room interior
The living room is decorated in your favorite classic style without any signs of luxury and palace chic. On the floor laid the parquet board, the walls were painted in peach colors. They decided not to highlight the ceiling beams and left them in a snow-white color.
Installed in the corner real wood burning fireplace, its portal is faced with natural stone. A large wooden dining table was placed next to it, around which were placed classic high-backed chairs.

Rooms for children
The children were set up on the second floor. For the boys, the rooms were decorated in gentle green tones with pastel blue details. All furniture is made of natural wood in a classic style and painted with environmentally friendly paints. The original convex lamps in the form of sails were fixed on the ceiling.
The maiden kingdom is decorated in beige and pink colors in cozy provence style. Solid wood furniture facades are decorated with handmade inlay. Each room is divided into functional areas: a study corner, a sleeping place with a bed and a relaxation area with upholstered furniture.

Vladimir Solovyov's office
The TV presenter's office is located on the second floor. For him, they chose the traditional classic style in light colors. The wooden beams on the white ceiling were painted brown.
The main place in the office is occupied by a solid oak table. For the large library of the TV presenter, huge wardrobes were made, near which a cozy recreation area with a folding sofa and armchairs was arranged. Bright decorative pillows soften the strict decor of the room.

White House on Rublevka
In the late nineties, Vladimir Solovyov bought a plot of land on Rublevka. The construction of the house was carried out for several years, as a result, an interesting four-storey house with an area of more than 1000 m2 has grown on the territory of 0.6 hectares.2 with a strict facade. A small building in the form of a polyhedron with a domed roof was added to the house. A luxurious winter garden with a cozy seating area has been arranged here.
A small cottage for servants and guards was built not far from the main building. Over time, the territory was ennobled, a gazebo with a barbecue area and a playground was erected.
